On June 10 & 11, 2026, the time has finally come again: our successful and much-loved Gastro Sessions are back for the next round!

The Gastro Sessions bring everyone together.
At the heart of the event is the exchange between founders who are just starting their journey into gastronomy, young entrepreneurs who are already on their way, and established restaurateurs who have successfully walked the path before them.

Over two inspiring days, the program will feature not only industry experts from our network but also startups who will share valuable insights into how to build a food business and how to avoid major pitfalls along the way.
Through panels, talks and deep dives, our speakers will share their know-how, successes and failures, while creating plenty of opportunities to connect with new partners, expand your network and exchange ideas with peers.

We will meet once again in Munich, at the traditional Hofbräukeller, hosted by Silja Steinberg, to spend two intensive days diving into exciting topics around gastronomy. Because success in hospitality is about more than just good food: it’s about stories, experiences and emotions that inspire people and create lasting connections. Look forward to inspiring speakers, exciting insights and valuable impulses for the future of our industry.
